Job summary

Snooze is seeking a line cook to join our breakfast-focused team in Boulder. You’ll ensure the highest quality and timely preparation of menu items while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, can thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are at least 17 years old with USA work eligibility. We offer competitive hourly pay and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and multi-tasking.
• Must be at least 17 years old and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and timely preparation of Snooze menu items.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety basics.
• Prepare foods using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales, and portion bags.
• Cook with ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers to spec.
• Keep station clean and sanitary at all times; follow Health Department standards.
