Qualificações

• Prior experience in a café or breakfast/lunch kitchen.
• Solid communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work fast with quality and heart.
• Willingness to train younger team members and build up those around you.
• Availability to work early or mid-day shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing breakfast and lunch dishes to order (no fryers, just fresh).
• Collaborating with teammates on orders.
• Maintaining an organized and sanitized kitchen space.
• Rotating stock and tracking ingredient freshness; communicating with leadership on inventory and prep.
• Supporting our young staff and setting a great example.
