• Ability to read English and follow orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening prep work efficiently and on time.
• Maintain inventory and proper storage protocols to minimize waste.
• Prepare food orders accurately and quickly.
• Assess quality of ingredients.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness protocols.
• Interface professionally with management, Front-Of-House and Back-Of-House staff.
• Assist bartenders with stocking and bar duties.
