Qualifications

• Preferred minimum of one year’s experience in the bar or restaurant industry.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to walk, stand, and handle heavy items in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for bartenders.
• Clear tables for cocktail servers.
• Assist with trash and recycling disposal.
• Report potential issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Help manage unruly patrons as needed.
• Rotate kegs and support bussing, cleaning, and stocking of glassware.
• Keep the sales and service floor free from debris.
