Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh is seeking a line cook to deliver high-quality food with timely service. You will stock stations, follow recipes, and uphold kitchen standards in a fast-paced, boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service restaurant and/or culinary operation preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Time management and organizational ability for high quality food production.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and presentation of all food to guests in a timely manner.
• Stock and maintain sufficient food at line stations for smooth service.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
• Maintain sanitation and prevent spoilage/contamination per health regulations.
• Keep work stations clean and organized, including equipment and surfaces.
• Assist in daily cleaning of pantry, line, prep areas, and related spaces.
