You will set up and maintain food production, ensuring top quality across meats, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

We value 1–2 years of line-cook experience, HS diploma, and the ability to work varied shifts, including game days.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relatable Line Cook experience preferred.
• HS diploma preferred.
• Able to work a varied schedule including days, weekends, holidays, game days.
• Must obtain Lancaster County Food Handler Certification or equivalent per Marcus Hotels/Resorts and Marriott.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Present a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and set up food production and quality control for meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
• Prepare station-specific items according to recipes and inspect appearance, taste, color and presentation.
• Check proper storage and portion control; manage stocks and sauces with care.
• Keep refrigeration, storage and work areas clean and compliant with Health Department regulations.
• Set up and break down station; perform advance prep and secure coolers after shift.
