Qualifications

• Experience or ability to assist guests with menu options and beer pairings.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently for guest interaction and promotions.
• Memory of menu items and promotions to explain to guests.
• Ability to safely carry trays through a dining room setting to tables.
• Knowledge of state and local liquor regulations, including minor and intoxicated guest policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, timely manner and explain beer program, specials, and Miller Time Pub features.
• Learn all menu items and beer pairings to advise guests.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS; coordinate with bartender.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and assist bar area.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction; handle check and payment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
