Job summary

Foxwoods Resort Casino seeks a Cook 4 for The Bedford by Martha Stewart in Mashantucket, CT. This full-time position offers up to $24.00/hr and a $2,000.00 sign-on bonus. Under the direction of the Sous Chef, you will prepare and cook food, manage inventory, and supervise kitchen personnel.

Ideal candidates must have 3 years of kitchen experience and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred. Culinary certifications and a passion for guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a full service or production kitchen required.
• Must complete ServSafe Certification within 6 months of being hired.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35lbs multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items for consumption.
• Assist with venue management, managing inventory and supervising personnel.
• Execute multiple dishes and recipes efficiently.
