Line Cook - 34° North at the Beaufort Hotel, Beaufort, NC--$250 SIGNING BONUS

Join Concord Hospitality Enterprises as a Line Cook at 34° North, Beaufort Hotel, Beaufort, NC. We are hiring for both AM and PM shifts!

This position offers a $250 sign-on bonus after completing a 90-day probation, along with benefits such as seven paid holidays, two weeks of paid time off in the first year, and a competitive 401(k) match. Our team members are dedicated to delivering excellent service to our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food following brand recipes to ensure consistent quality.
2. Properly document all food containers and adhere to SOPs for rotations.
3. Maintain safety standards at all times.
4. Arrive in full, clean uniform, prepared to serve.
5. Cook orders accurately, accommodating guest requests positively.
6. Proactively manage ordering, food prep, and equipment maintenance to prevent service delays.

Compensation:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
