Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Line Cook experience preferred.
• Ability to recreate recipes per company standards.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.
• Must be punctual, have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Must have a current food handler’s card or ability to obtain one.
• High school diploma; hospitality degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of dishes according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely utilize kitchen utensils and equipment (knives, ovens, stoves, etc.).
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to guidelines.
• Properly store food adhering to safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
