Edgewater Beach Hotel in Naples, FL is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. This full-time role requires full availability Monday through Sunday, with pay ranging from $22.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience. Expect 4–5 shifts per week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include station setup, timely food preparation, recipe adherence, inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. Prior prep/line cook experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED is a plus but not required.
• Previous prep or line cook experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of professional cooking, basic techniques and food knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills required.

• Sets up the station in time for service according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs as set by chef.
• Restocks items and takes inventory after service.
• Maintains clean and organized stations with safety and sanitation in mind.
• Operates and maintains all equipment in the station.
• Assists with cleaning and organization of kitchen, walk-ins, and storage areas.
• Performs additional duties as requested by Chef and Sous Chef.

• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef, and Sous Chef at any time
