Overview:

$16 / Hour

Joining our Dorney Park team means you’ll prepare, portion, and cook food items to quality specifications.

You’ll also...

• Cook, cool, and prepare food items in accordance to Serv Safe specifications
• Promote our safety culture, including use and maintenance of PPE
• Follow correct prepping procedures and utilize prep charts
• Earn a PAID food handler certificate
• Keep work area clean, sanitary, and orderly
• Properly store and rotate stock
• Use, maintain, and clean all kitchen equipment, as well as preparation and storage areas
• Follow direction from superiors, understanding the chain of command
