As a winery line cook, you'll be responsible for preparing delicious and inventive dishes that perfectly complement our award-winning wines. You'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Duties and Responsibilities (include the following, but not limited to)
- Preparing ingredients for the day's service, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces
- Cooking dishes to order, including small plates, charcuterie boards, and cheese platters
- Assist in weekly food orders.
- Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality.
- Ability to operate the kitchen and run the line.
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of kitchen/catering operations.
- Keeps kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized. Work at events as needed (both onsite and offsite).
- Work with the Tasting Room team for service and training.
- Sets excellent customer service and work standards.
- Assist in weekly/monthly inventory
- Actively interacts and engages with the front-of-house team.
- Actively interacts and engages with customers (when time allows).
- Communicates daily with Management.
- Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the management team

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a prep cook in a fast-paced work environment.
- 1 year of Kitchen and/or Tasting Room experience preferred.
- Valid WA Food handler & MAST Permits (Required)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation
- Full-time hourly.
- Hourly wage would start at $18.00 per hour plus tips (anywhere from $6-$12 extra per hour from tip pool).
