The Hangry Bison Winter Garden is seeking a Grill Cook with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will be comfortable using a Charbroiler and range tops, capable of producing high-quality food quickly, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities include keeping the grill clean, prepping stations, managing shift-end handoffs, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Position

Our restaurant is looking for a Grill Cook with a minimum of two years of experience in the fast-paced industry and ideally some experience working with a Charbroiler and range tops. We are looking for an individual who will be able to use their expertise to prepare high-quality food quickly, keep a cool head under pressure, and respond well to customer needs by maintaining excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the grill spotless at all times.
• Make sure food is ready to be cooked when customers place an order.
• Prepping Station for service throughout the day.
• Check in with fellow employees at the end of their shifts to make sure everything is running smoothly.
• Clean up the kitchen after each shift.
