Job Location: Corporate Headquarters - West Bend, WI
Position Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly
Description

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision, assists in a variety of kitchen, activities including, food production, serving food, equipment transportation, ware washing, area cleaning, and distribution of stock supplies. Will prepare food for subjects, following specific recipes or oral instructions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm) with occasional hot breakfast and weekends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all stations remain stocked before and during the meal period.
  • Verifies that kitchen staff follows all recipes and portions servings correctly.
  • Keeps kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized.
  • Receives product be verifying invoice and freshness of merchandise.
  • Sets excellent customer service and work examples.
  • To ensure that sufficient stocks of all materials are being kept and stored under the correct conditions.
  • To ensure that all statutory hygiene requirements are diligently followed.
  • To ensure that maintenance problems are promptly reported.
  • To constantly update your knowledge and skills for the good of the establishment.
  • Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks.
  • Ensure that kitchen is clean and well maintained.
  • Ensure maximum security in all areas under your control and that staff are fully aware of the importance of key security.
  • Ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.
  • To take the necessary steps in the event of theft, burglary or fire.
  • Ensure that the entire kitchen operates effectively and efficiently.
  • To prepare and submit on the required format all information necessary for budgeting purposes, timeously and accurately.
  • To attend meetings as required.
  • To carry out or ensure that regular On-the-Job Training is taking place to agreed standards.
