Responsibilities

• Preparing recipes and cooking menu items to specifications
• Receiving, ordering, and labeling food products
• Setting up, stocking, and breaking down kitchen stations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Following safety and sanitation standards
• Reading and executing order tickets accurately
• Assembling and double-checking orders for quality and accuracy
• Demonstrating product knowledge
• Handling special prep, large parties, and other procedures as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook required
• Ability to stand or move for long periods
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
