Job summary

Tazza Kitchen in Henrico, VA is seeking passionate line cooks to join our kitchen team. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with starting wages of $17-$22/hour, depending on experience.

You will learn all recipes and cooking techniques, work across stations, and help maintain quality, sanitation, and safety standards. We provide a culture of respect and teamwork with flexible schedules, no late nights, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and PTO.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Safe, competent knife handling.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques.
• Adhere to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols.
• Cross-train in all stations - salad, sauté, plancha and wood oven.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.
