Job summary

Tazza Kitchen in Midlothian, VA is seeking versatile line cooks to join our kitchen team. We offer both part-time and full-time positions with starting wages of $17-$22/hour, and a fast-paced environment focused on wood-fired cooking and from-scratch ingredients.

Responsibilities include learning recipes, maintaining quality and safety standards, cross-training across stations, assisting with inventory, and supporting prep and dishwashing as needed.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Safe, competent knife skills.
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus.
