Job Title: Line Cook at Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC

Join us to apply for the Line Cook position at Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC.

Summary: The Line Cook prepares, plates, and garnishes all hot appetizers and entrees.

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Set up work area, equipment, and utensils.
• Read tickets processed through the POS system.
• Prepare items ordered through the POS system according to recipes.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Rotate products according to FIFO principle.
• Cover, label, date, and store prepared products.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene in compliance with health ordinances.
• Clean work area, store utensils, disassemble and clean equipment.
• Operate dish machine and prepare salads and raw products as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and security standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Personal Appearance:

The Line Cook must be well-groomed and neatly dressed in a clean uniform. Grill cooks are required to wear a chef’s coat as per employee handbook.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves standing for up to 8 hours, walking, carrying, lifting (up to 50 pounds), reaching, and cleaning. Work involves heat, moisture, smoke, and chemicals. Must work well under time pressure and with limited supervision.
