Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience) + tips

The Outlaw Saloon, a unique full-service bar and grill known for its "grill your own steakhouse" concept, is looking for dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our team. Our seasonal positions are available from April to October and offer competitive pay, a positive work environment, and optional employee housing.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.

Assist with food preparation, including cutting vegetables, smoking meats, and making sauces.

Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, collaborating with front-of-house staff as needed.

Follow instructions from the Operations Manager and communicate any issues promptly.

Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.

Ensure dishes are prepared and served promptly, maintaining high quality standards.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards coworkers and customers.

Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and customer plates at the end of each shift.

Provide guidance to guests participating in the grill-your-own steak dining experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Line Cook, Line Chef, or Prep Cook.

Solid understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

Knowledge of inventory management, especially in a rural setting with limited deliveries.

Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
