Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook passionate about preparing and cooking food to Perkins standards. You will help deliver an excellent dining experience through your dedication to quality food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets standards
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs for additional prep
• Coordinate effectively regarding ticket times and service issues
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
