Job Summary

We are looking for a Line Cook passionate about preparing and cooking food to Perkins standards. You will help provide guests with an excellent dining experience through your dedication to quality food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs for prep work.
• Coordinate effectively with team members regarding service issues.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area following sanitation practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
