Job summary

RIT Inn & Conference Center in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Line Cook for the dinner shift (2pm–11pm) with weekend availability. The role focuses on preparing high-quality meals, maintaining timely service, and supporting guest satisfaction within a full-service hotel environment.

The Line Cook is the principle restaurant and room service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation, service cook. The Line Cook ensures that all food is consistently and properly prepared in a timely manner, and is of the finest quality. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment.

This available position is for the dinner shift. Availability of 2pm-11pm required. Weekend availability required.

The salary for this position is $18 - $19 per hour.
