• Previous line cook/grill experience required.
• Knowledge of meat doneness levels, temperatures, and thermometer use.
• Ability to handle high order volumes while maintaining accuracy, quality, and speed.
• Ability to learn recipes quickly and follow instructions consistently.
• Strong food safety practices, personal hygiene, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and clear teamwork and communication.
• Valid food-handler certificate preferred; otherwise Texas-recognized accredited course within 30 days of employment.
