Responsibilities of our Line Cooks include:

• Following recipes and practicing portion control to prepare, garnish, and present dishes
• Maintaining proper setup of the kitchen/station daily
• Requisitioning and stocking food, paper products, and condiments
• Properly handling, storing, and rotating products
• Maintaining and cleaning machinery and equipment
• Managing stock, cutting, and storing perishables daily to ensure quality
