Job Summary:
The Line Cook plays a key role in serving high-quality food to our members and guests. Responsibilities include daily food preparation, station management, set-up, stocking, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards. Tasks involve organizing the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas in accordance with our Executive Chef's recipes and standards.
Teamwork is essential at Carrollwood Country Club.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Passion for cooking.
- Hard-working, team-oriented.
- Basic professional cooking knowledge and knife skills.
- Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours daily.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working in wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud environments.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
