Line Cook responsibilities also include:

  1. Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
  2. Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
  3. Passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
  4. Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
  5. Being a team player
