Responsibilities of Our Line Cooks:

• Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
• Maintain proper setup of the kitchen/station daily
• Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
• Properly handle, store, and rotate all products
• Set up, maintain, clean, and breakdown machinery and equipment
• Maintain stock, cut, and store all perishables daily to ensure quality
