The Role

As a Line Cook at FatCats, you will prepare delicious meals and appetizers, follow recipes, and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met. You will work in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen, collaborating with your team to serve guests promptly and with care.

A Day in the Life

Your shift begins with a team check-in, followed by cooking, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness. During busy times, you'll work with teammates to serve guests efficiently. When slower, you'll prep and organize for the next rush. Before ending your shift, you'll coordinate with a manager for the next day.

Schedule

Shifts typically start between 4pm-6pm and end between 9pm-12am, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We aim to accommodate your schedule.
