We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station, following the company's recipes and specifications. You will ensure safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Arrive on time, properly dressed in uniform, and ready to work.
  2. Maintain a brisk, steady pace; stay organized; avoid unnecessary steps.
  3. Adhere strictly to recipes, ensuring 100% knowledge when preparing or assisting with production.
  4. Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for portioning; perform portion control tests.
  5. Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, practicing 'clean as you go.'
  6. Be productive by maintaining quality and completing work efficiently within designated time frames.
  7. Organize supplies proactively to prepare for busy periods.
  8. Work well with team members and support a safe working environment, following OSHA guidelines.
  9. Handle food safely, including receiving, rotating, and stocking supplies.
  10. Assist with prep support as needed.
