Line Cook

Range: $16.80-$20.25

Responsibilities:

• Preparing food in the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
• Maintaining guest safety and satisfaction by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness standards.

In addition to base pay, you will also receive a free meal each shift.

• Other Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, with 20+ hours/week)

• Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year)
