Urbane Cafe is hiring for a Sandwich & Salad Maker to craft delicious, fresh plates in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll reflect pride and skill in every sandwich and salad, working with a supportive team in a vibrant setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Able to communicate effectively with team; bilingual a plus.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

• Build gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and bowls with speed and care.
• Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing passion to every plate.
• Keep your station clean, stocked and guest-ready at all times.

• A love for food and a high standard for quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude
• Prior kitchen or food service experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!
