Urbane Cafe is seeking passionate Sandwich & Salad Makers to craft fresh plates in a fast-paced kitchen. Build gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and bowls with speed, accuracy and care.

We offer competitive hourly pay with tips (up to $4/hr in tips), on demand pay, flexible scheduling and full team benefits including medical and more as part of our growing team.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with team; bilingual a plus.
• Stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

• A love for food and a high standard for quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs
• Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude
• Prior kitchen or food service experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!
