What You’ll Do

• Help prep and cook tasty dishes following our recipes and quality standards.
• Keep your work area clean and organized to keep everyone safe and healthy.
• Pitch in with managing supplies and keeping inventory in check.
• Work closely with the rest of the kitchen and service team to get food out fast and fresh.
• Follow all food safety and health guidelines to the letter.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve spent at least a year working in a kitchen and know your way around cooking.
• You’re 18 or older (to comply with California labor laws).
• You’re available to work on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays — these days are a must.
• You have good stamina and can handle being on your feet during shifts.
• You communicate well and enjoy being part of a team.
• You’re reliable, punctual, and care about keeping things clean and safe.
• You’re legally allowed to work in the U.S.
