Position Snapshot: The line cook is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience by preparing and presenting menu items, ensuring safety and quality standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience through food, drinks, and games.
• Inform supervisors of any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and operate equipment safely.
• Properly handle chemicals and store products correctly.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Control costs by following prep sheets and minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Assist team members and foster a cooperative work environment.
• Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications: Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required. Must communicate effectively, be disciplined, self-motivated, and dressed professionally. Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands: Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and cleaning.
