Qualifications

• Preferred, but not required, 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
• Interest in sourcing ingredients locally and seasonally
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and take direction
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, punctuality, strong multitasking skills
• Willing to work weekends and evenings
• Willing to learn and train in multiple kitchen roles
