Capital Ale House operates at five locations across Virginia, including Richmond, Glen Allen, Midlothian, Fredericksburg, and Harrisonburg.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook located in Midlothian, VA. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with the restaurant’s standards, ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish meet the highest standards. Daily tasks include setting up and stocking stations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications
