Responsibilities
  • Prepare or oversee preparation of food using established procedures
  • Determine food and supply requirements using production systems
  • Maintain sanitation, personal hygiene, and health standards
  • Prepare all food following recipes and dietary needs
  • Coordinate food production with meal service to ensure quality and presentation
  • Keep work area clean and maintain equipment
  • Prepare food for upcoming shifts and days
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Communicate effectively with diverse staff
  • Prioritize tasks to meet quality and timing standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or hotel cooking
  • Culinary school degree (2-4 years) preferred
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
