Farm 12 Restaurant in Washington is seeking a skilled Broil Cook to join our scratch-kitchen team. You will prepare steaks, burgers, seafood and other grilled items, focusing on quality, presentation and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a broil, grill, or line cook preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures, food handling, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time position.

What You'll Do

As a Broil Cook, you'll prepare and cook high-quality steaks, burgers, seafood, and other grilled menu items with consistency and attention to detail. You'll ensure every plate meets our standards for quality, presentation, and food safety while working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. You'll collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
