Departure Restaurant + Lounge, one of America's hottest Asian restaurants, is currently hiring a Line Cook PM. Located atop the landmark Meier & Frank Building, Departure offers an ambitious menu featuring coastal cuisines, street food starters, rice and noodle specialties, and market-fresh sushi, emphasizing the flavors of the Far East and the bounty of the Pacific Northwest.
As part of Sage Restaurant Concept, we focus on building independent restaurants and lounges near our hotels, providing locally-focused, innovative dining experiences in vibrant communities like Portland, known for its farmers’ markets and artisan goods.
Role Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and pushing.
Work Environment: Mostly indoor, with cold/freezer and hot kitchen temperatures, requiring adaptability to various conditions.
