Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items to create an exceptional culinary experience for guests, following all safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Follow recipes and specifications for all food items, controlling costs and waste.
• Ensure proper storage of all products and equipment operation safety.
• Assist team members as needed and foster a cooperative work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work disciplined and self-motivated.
• Neat, professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands

• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment, standing and moving for long periods.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Perform frequent reaching, bending, and cleaning tasks.
