Compensation and Benefits

• $20.00 / hour
• Shift Differential: Earn $1.00 per hour for shifts between 3:00 AM and 4:30 AM.

Role Overview

At SSP America, our Line Cooks receive food orders, prepare dishes, and maintain kitchen operations so that every expert has the product and tools easily accessible during their shift. Line Cooks love working in the Back of House.

Key Skills and Requirements

• One year experience in a food service environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Verbal and written communication essential.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Food Handler's permit required by law.
• Brand Certification required.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Warm, friendly smiles; respect for customers; follow detailed food preparation processes; keep eyes on details; work well in fast-paced environments.
