Join the culinary team at Bala Golf Club! We are looking for talented and self motivated culinarian for our à la carte sauté position. If you have five years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a passion for creative cooking, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with food prep, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and other tasks as required.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure dishes are completed in a timely manner.
• Follow all kitchen procedures and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle all equipment with care and report any maintenance issues.
  
  

Qualifications:
