True Food Kitchen is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with experience in multiple stations a plus. This role emphasizes quality, speed, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients

THE PERFECT PAIRING
