True Food Kitchen in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Line Cook to prep, cook, and plate dishes across multiple stations with a fast-paced, energetic team. You will handle stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, and contribute to high-quality presentations.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, excellent knife skills, and a passion for great food. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are available; team collaboration and efficiency are

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment

Who We're Inviting To The Table

We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
