We're hiring a full-time Line Cook for Parkland Golf and Country Club for a poolside grill.

Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow directions with at least 1-2 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced environment. The Line Cook will assist the Chef and Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all culinary outlets, including kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, preparation, and delivery. This position requires adherence to all procedural guidelines established by the Food Service and Safety Department.

Candidates should have flexible schedules, with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Our team has implemented strong protocols to ensure safety for both staff and patrons, allowing focus on customer experience, camaraderie, and dining room management.

We are seeking experienced part-time line cooks for a poolside grill.

• Must be able to cook steaks to proper temperature.
• Must be skilled in sandwich making and able to operate a flat top, oven, broiler, and grill safely.
• Must understand and follow instructions from the chef.
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
• Must read orders accurately and communicate effectively.
• Must know basic preparation techniques.
• Must be punctual.

Work hours are 10 am to 6 pm, including weekdays and weekends.

Pay: $21/hr
