A Line Cook Will

1. Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking on flat top, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
2. Assume responsibility for the quality of products served.
3. Commit to 100% guest satisfaction, 100% of the time.
4. Protect the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety control policies.
5. Be a team player, lending a helping hand to fellow team members when needed.
6. Assist in cleaning the kitchen.
