The Old Spaghetti Factory in Oklahoma City is seeking an immediate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role supports our pasta-focused menu, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM with a focus on accuracy and consistency in dish preparation.

You will collaborate with chefs and line cooks to coordinate orders, follow recipes precisely, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Line Cook is a key part of a collaborative kitchen team executing our restaurant’s dishes with precision and care. A positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work quickly contribute to the success of the Line Cook.

• You have basic kitchen knowledge, are eager to learn and advance your skills.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment.
• Follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
