The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a Line Cook to join our Oklahoma City team. The role emphasizes precision, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will follow recipes, maintain safety standards, and assist with maintaining quality pasta dishes. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a friendly, family-owned company with a strong culture of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and maintain a harmonious, efficient environment.
• Follow cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes for pasta dishes to ensure quality and presentation.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation standards, proper handling, storage, and labeling.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

The Old Spaghetti Factory has an Immediate Opening For a Line Cook to Join Our Team! Mon-Fri From 2-4pm

Line Cook is a key part of a collaborative kitchen team executing our restaurant’s dishes with precision and care. A positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work quickly contribute to the success of the Line Cook.

About You:

• You have basic kitchen knowledge, are eager to learn and advance your skills.
• You take pride in your work and enjoy cooking.
