Role Description

The Line Cook is a full-time, on-site role based at The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill - North County in Oceanside, CA. This role is responsible for preparing menu items according to recipes and standards, including grilling, sautéing, frying, and assembling dishes. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and stocking stations, cooking and plating food, preparing food, dish washing, following food safety and sanitation procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Line Cook collaborates with other kitchen staff to ensure timely ticket execution, consistent quality, and smooth service during peak hours. This role also involves assisting with prep work, managing inventory levels on the line, and supporting opening and closing procedures.
